We help students with making the decision to reach for higher education. We provide students with counseling on deciding which college/educational facility is best for them.
Self Advocacy
You have a voice!!
We help each of our students find and develop their voice. Students learn how to speak up for themselves respectfully and appropriately. Students also learn about their rights for fair treatment and non-discrimination in the work force.
GROW
Getting Ready for Opportunities in Work!!
G.R.O.W. is a week-long experiential program that exposes the participant to all five of the required areas under WIOA. Each day will be filled with experiences from one of the five areas; Self-Advocacy, Career Exploration, Workplace Readiness, Counseling on Post-Secondary Opportunities, and Work Based Learning Experiences. It is meant to be delivered in the community in which the individuals reside.
